📢 We’re hiring: Compliance Officer (Internal Control) – Chișinău! 📢

🔹 Your main responsibilities:
✅ Monitor compliance with financial regulations, consumer protection standards, and National Bank of Moldova (NBM) requirements;
✅ Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks;
✅ Review and update internal policies and procedures in line with applicable legislation;
✅ Plan and conduct regular internal control audits;
✅ Recommend and support the implementation of corrective measures in response to identified issues;
✅ Collaborate effectively with internal and external auditors;
✅ Draft internal reports and provide actionable recommendations to management;
✅ Ensure compliance with Law 133/2011 and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) on personal data protection; provide staff training, handle data subject requests, manage data breaches, and liaise with the supervisory authority;
✅ Additional duties include preparing minutes of internal and Board meetings, and maintaining the credit documentation archive.
🎯Candidate Profile:
✔️ University degree in Law, Economics, or Finance;
✔️ At least 2 years of professional experience in the financial, legal, or regulatory sector;
✔️ Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., NCO, AML/CFT);
✔️ Excellent analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a high standard of confidentiality.
