🔹Your main responsibilities:
✅ Promote and actively sell the company’s financial products;
✅ Oversee daily branch operations and lead the local team;
✅ Identify new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio;
✅ Prepare, assess, and manage credit applications and documentation;
✅ Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction;
✅ Monitor performance and provide regular operational reports;;
✅ Develop and implement strategies to diversify and expand local activities.
🎯Candidate profile:
✔️ University degree in Economics;
✔️ Proven experience in lending or the banking sector;
✔️ Strong leadership, sales, and negotiation abilities;
✔️ Proficiency in computer use, including 1C software;
✔️ Fluency in both Romanian and Russian.
