- You are a resident of the Republic of Moldova between the ages of 23 and 65 (at the date of the last maturity of the loan).
- You are an employee, with at least 6 months of uninterrupted work experience, of which the last 3 months at your current place of work

- You have income that is permanent and can be confirmed (including income from abroad)
