🔹 Your responsibilities:
✅ Prepare financial and operational reports for internal use, management, investors, creditors, and supervisory authorities;
✅ Calculate expected credit loss provisions in accordance with IFRS 9 and the Regulation on asset classification applicable to non-bank credit organizations;
✅ Participate in credit risk assessment and summarize relevant data from the loan portfolio based on financial models and scenarios;
✅ Develop and maintain a data warehouse used for integrating, analyzing, and reporting structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources (CRM, 1C system, ERP, etc.);
✅ Take part in the budgeting process and in preparing short- and medium-term financial forecasts;
✅ Identify budget deviations and analyze variances from projected financial results;
✅ Collaborate with IT, risk, and accounting teams to align reporting structures and data used in analyses;
✅ Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used in decision-making and external reporting;
✅ Participate in financial and internal audit processes, providing support with required data and reports.

🎯 What we’re looking for:
✔️ Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;
✔️ At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role (financial analyst, financial reporting, accounting, etc.);
✔️ Solid knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards;
✔️ Ability to analyze complex financial data;
✔️ Advanced English skills are an advantage.
